1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Inquire and speak with professionals that understand mortgages, the home buying process, and financing. Too often, buyers sit on the sidelines because they simply do not have the information to understand just how easy homeownership can be.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

If you plan on using an agent to help you sell your home (I am of course biased, but HIGHLY recommend working with a qualified real estate agent), contact them as early as possible in the process. Experienced real estate agents offer a network of home professionals that can help make selling much easier and stress-free.

3) What types of clients has Winston White Realty worked with?

Luxury listings, lakefront properties, land listings, commercial property sales, investors, first-time buyers, clients relocating to Georgia, etc... If someone has a real estate need, I work diligently to solve the problem and make their experience seamless.

4) What is a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A home seller contacted me after having my magnet on his fridge for over three years. I remember knocking his door and him saying "I will not be selling any time soon, but if I ever do i'll call you". Edward did not want to sell his home, but due to his age was planning on relocating to Arizona to be close with family. We helped facilitate getting his home ready for market, and enjoyed helping make this change as easy as possible on the family.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I knew that I wanted to be a business owner from the time I was 8 years old helping run the cash register in my families "Jersey Mikes" franchise location alongside my parents. After starting my first real job at Publix, followed by working in sales at Verizon, I knew that I enjoyed "solution selling", and helping people solve complicated problems. I love houses, being out in the field working with clients, and always learning new tricks to the trade. Real estate has been an enormous blessing and a calling that I am thankful I answered.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Experience. From the time I started working at 18 years old, I have always loved "doing things". From working on my house, flipping properties, subdividing parcels, building my website (self-taught), to helping a wide range of clients... I am always learning and using my experience to advise clients. I am also honest enough to tell you when I do not know something, but capable of finding you the right answer by way of my extensive professional network in my hometown, Monroe GA.
